Adios?

Controversial Developer Leaving Wellington

Mark Quote 1

Mark Bellissimo, the controversial Wellington Developer who promised “the most outrageous PR assault on [our] village,” and once tried to put a hotel and shopping center in Wellington’s pristine Equestrian Preserve is leaving town.

According to eyewitnesses, moving vans were seen recently at the now former Bellissimo home in Equestrian Club Estates in Wellington and more than one person has told The Truth that Bellissmo has sold his home here in the Village.

Now this . . . Bellissimo told the Tryon (North Carolina) Daily Bulletin “Some of the first residents moving into this [North Carolina] property will be myself and my family.”

As we reported earlier, Bellissimo has been planning an equestrian development in the Western North Carolina community of Tryon.

Is Peace at hand Wellington?

Stay tuned . . .

He hasn’t left town. They bought a farm over near Palm Beach Point East, and are currently living in the Polo Club until the renovations are complete on the new house. As for the North Carolina development, Bellissimo and a close family friend have bought land there to develop into another equestrian community.
